OKOSTA Okonomiyaki-Making Experience
Okonomiyaki, a type of savory pancake, is a must-try in Hiroshima. The local okonomiyaki is different from much of the rest of Japan and includes extra ingredients such as soba or udon noodles and a fried egg. The additional ingredients are cooked separately from the okonomiyaki batter, then everything is stacked together for serving. Enjoy a hands-on experience making local okonomiyaki at OKOSTA, a cooking studio located right next to Hiroshima Station. Halal and vegetarian options are also available.
