Yamaguchi DASSAI Brewery Side Store

Dassai is one of the most famous Japanese sake brands, and is brewed by Asahi Shuzo Brewery. The brewery only creates one type of sake, a premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake. This shop is operated by Asahi Shuzo and is located on the premesis of the brewery iteself. The shop is located inside a renovated, one hundred year old private house, and sells sweets made from sake lees such as "Dassai Ice" and "Dassai." Sake tasting is available for a small fee in the store.
